What brings people in

Desk workers. Nine hours at a screen, shoulders up around the ears by Friday.

Musicians. Cranky elbows and forearms that never quite let go, ten thousand repetitions in.

Runners and weekend athletes. Training for a half, or refusing to give up volleyball.

People in real pain. The frozen shoulder someone told you to live with.

Different bodies, same question: will this actually help? That is what the first session is for. Still unsure? Book a free 15-minute assessment chat.

Keli, founder & lead practitioner

Hi, I'm Keli.

I opened Boston Massage and Bodywork because I wanted to be in control of my own destiny. In 2021, after being furloughed and working for another massage therapist, I decided it was time to build my own practice. I found this amazing space, took over the lease, and haven't looked back. I absolutely love being a business owner and am proud of the small community of clients and therapists we've built here!

The first thing you get here is my attention and an honest answer about what bodywork and acupuncture can and can't do for you. That answer comes from over a decade of clinical massage experience and the doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine I went back to school for. You can count on a little homework because education is one of our core values at BMAB. We believe the best outcomes happen when you understand what's causing your pain and have the tools to keep making progress between visits.
