Keli Lemoi is the owner of Boston Massage and Bodywork and brings more than a decade of experience in therapeutic care, specializing in orthopedic massage therapy, cupping, myofascial release, and now acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She works with athletes, musicians, and business professionals seeking effective approaches for injury recovery, pain management, and long-term wellness.
Keli has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS. Her clinical interests focus on trigger point release and advancing integrative approaches to pain management through extensive knowledge of anatomy and integration of mindfulness and nutrition. While at NESA, a concentration in Japanese style acupuncture gave her an appreciation for the powerful impact of subtle applications. She is also passionate about injection therapy and its role in improving patient outcomes and expanding treatment options within integrative medicine. As the field continues to evolve, she hopes to help bring injection therapy into the scope of practice for acupuncturists in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
In addition to her clinical work, Keli is committed to education, leadership, and professional advocacy. She is adjunct faculty for Integrative Pain Management and Integrative Anatomy at MCPHS, supporting students in developing strong clinical and anatomical foundations. She is also an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Chapter, where she is Chair of the Education Committee and a Delegate representing Massachusetts at the national level.
Keli currently practices at Boston Massage and Bodywork in Brighton, Massachusetts, and Mystic River Acupuncture in Mystic, Connecticut, where she is dedicated to helping patients achieve improved function, pain relief, and overall well-being through individualized, patient-centered care.

After starting a career supporting artists through administrative work and event management, Laila was itching to pursue her own creative practice. Always intrigued by the intersection of science and creativity (paired with her background in dance), she found solace in bodywork. While attending Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, ME she was able to learn various modalities and became inspired by what the power of applied science can do. Problem solving with her clients using myofascial release, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques has become a life-long passion for her.
We take massage and holistic therapy seriously! Every session begins with a conversation where we discuss your goals, your preferences, and your body’s needs. We customize each treatment using techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, acupuncture, or Chinese herbal medicine.
