What is Prenatal Massage?

Prenatal massage uses modified massage techniques and supportive positioning to accommodate a changing body. Special cushions and side-lying positions are used to ensure safety and comfort throughout the session. 


The goal is to provide relief from the aches and pains commonly associated with pregnancy such as back pain, swollen feet, hip tension, and sciatic nerve pressure, while also helping to reduce stress and improve sleep.
